- app에 local / remote interface 만들고, local/ remote에서 impl 구현 → internal로 사용할 수 없게 만들기
- app → data ← local/remote
implementation → 해당 모듈 안에서만 사용하겠다
api → 나를 import하는 곳에서도 사용할 수 있게 하겠다
